Let me start by saying if not for Charles and his son we would not know the issues going on inside our chimney. We contacted three contractors and Charles was the last one on the list but the ONLY of the three that got on the roof and looked inside. We found it was rotting from the inside due to the chimney cap not being installed properly. We tried going through insurance twice, and both times Charles and his son came out to let them know what was going on. Their customer service is superb and he sets a great example for his son to take on the business one day.
